    Slimaton Starts Monday 9th January

    We have 60 registered, but would like a lot more  and you can register on Monday nights start date.

    Women by far outnumber the men at this stage, so we are trying to get as many men involved as possible.

     Possibly due to the name, there is a feeling that it is just about losing weight, however a lot of people have signed up purely for the exercise and to get fit, with a number not even getting weighed during the programme.  Anyone who decides to go for the weighin at the start and weekly this is all done privately for each individual

     For anybody interested in getting fit it would be a great 12 weeks craic, and obviously a good fundraiser for the club.

     Our target is to have 100 people signed up by the launch and last supper meal in the clubhouse on Monday night.

    Please spread the word or consider signing up yourself . There is something to suit all fitness levels ;
